If a product isn't what you expected, email me within 30 days of buying it and I'll refund you. You don't have to justify it and you don't have to prove you tried.
Email hello@shopthesoftreset.com with the address you used at checkout and roughly when you bought it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
Digital files can't really be returned, so I ask that you delete your copy once the refund goes through. That's on the honor system.
That's not a refund situation, that's a me-fixing-it situation. Email me and I'll resend the file.
By buying a digital download and starting the download immediately, you agree to begin delivery right away and you waive the statutory 14-day cancellation right. The 30-day policy above is more generous than the law requires, and it still applies.
