Who you're buying from

This site is run by Wendy Sewick, a sole proprietor based in Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Contact: hello@shopthesoftreset.com.

What you're buying

Everything sold here is a digital product — a PDF file you download. Nothing is physically shipped. You need a device that can open a PDF, and a printer if you want paper copies.

What you can do with it

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. You may:

• Print it as many times as you like, for yourself and your household
• Keep it and re-download it for as long as it's available
• Write on it, digitally or on paper

What you can't do with it

• Resell, sublicense, or give away the file
• Share the download link publicly
• Claim it as your own work, or sell it as part of a bundle
• Use it as a template for a competing product

The design, wording and layout remain my copyright.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Payhip, who process your payment and deliver your file. I never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's calculated and remitted at checkout.

Availability

I may change prices, update products, or stop selling something. If you've already bought a product, that doesn't affect your copy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version goes up on this page with a new date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska, the United States.
